Atlas Copco has agreed to purchase Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in 1952, Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, process pumps and full metering systems. เกจวัดแรงดัน employs round 1200 folks and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.

The acquisition is predicted to be accomplished during the second quarter 2022.
The major a half of the acquired businesses will have its base in the Power and Flow division within Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area and a smaller part will be part of the Service division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
