US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating equipment, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The company has three places serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, high product traces and adding additional service capabilities to this area. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”
