US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all types of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. pressure gauge 10 bar has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, high product strains and adding further service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
