US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
