US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

เพรสเชอร์เกจดิจิตอล is also a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 staff.
The acquired business will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, high product strains and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost sixty five places all through the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
