US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. ไดอะแฟรม has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a staff of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, prime product strains and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically 65 areas throughout the United States, and more than 40 service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
