Dover has entered into a definitive settlement to acquire Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and producer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and management instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with amenities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate roughly US$40 million–45 million in revenue through the full 12 months 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will become a half of the PSG enterprise unit inside Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions section.
