Dover has entered right into a definitive settlement to amass Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control devices for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s merchandise will expand Dover’s biopharma single-use production providing, which already contains Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with services in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate roughly US$40 million–45 million in income through the full 12 months 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will turn out to be part of the PSG enterprise unit inside Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
