US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. เกจวัดแรงลม has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory coverage, prime product strains and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”
“ePumps is worked up to hitch a national pump group offering further resources and the power to work alongside a group that’s dedicated to supporting our area people and clients,” stated Gary Simpson, ePumps president.
OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 places all through the United States, and more than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
