Trillium to amass Termomeccanica Pompe

Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint agreement that can bring the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands collectively under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will give consideration to developing the ecological and gas compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
Trillium, a portfolio company of global private fairness investment firm First Reserve, is the former Weir Flow Control business. The firm is a world designer, producer and aftermarket companies supplier of engineered valves and pumps used in the water and wastewater, world energy era, oil and gas, mining, and basic process industries.
Trillium says that Termomeccanica Pompe’s services and products combined with its Gabbioneta, Floway, WEMCO, WSP and Roto-Jet Pump offerings uniquely place the company to offer clients with an in depth vary of complementary pump products, associated engineering help, and aftermarket providers.
