Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two firms have signed a joint settlement that will bring the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands collectively beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will give consideration to growing the ecological and gasoline compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
