Wilo expands in wastewater remedy

Wilo has made two wastewater therapy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

Both firms concentrate on technologies for mechanical cleansing and remedy of wastewater.

The two companies shall be integrated into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower stay impartial and will proceed to be run by local managers.
